Mauricio Godoy from Latinos at IBM and SHPE-NYC member, takes an opportunity to interview Cindy Leiton on her thoughts and experiences as a PhD student, and her journey into the field of Science, and SHPE involvement. Cindy has been involved in SHPE for several years as an undergraduate student, and has also served on the SHPE-NYC executive board in 2009.
