As the images of Our Lady and St Joseph continue their travels around the parish on their way to the crib in church familes are writing in with their experiences......
"I would like to comment on being host to Our Lady and St.Joseph. Not expecting anything, other than to put two statues in my house, I was overwhelmed by the emotion. Putting candles and rose petals at their feet was very humbling. Praying can sometimes be hard, as we all know. My home is Blessed, praying, somehow, got easier. Thank You."

"Just a quick note to say that, in our house, we greatly enjoyed having Our Lady and St Joseph to stay with us. The presence we felt was uplifting and peaceful; deepening our sense of the real reason why we celebrate Christmas. In our confused and secular world, where for the majority, Christmas provides only for physical rest and pleasures, a simple devotion of this kind, which requires no academic qualities or book reading, can only help us in our quest to really put Christ back into his own birthday festival."
This evening Our Lady and St Joseph are residing in a house in the High Street - sat on an illuminated first floor windowsill for all to see as they pass by.
